You must take your dog here for a trim!! Louise doesn't just cut and trim. Your dog will get the full pamper treatment, including a massage, treats, and a doggy film to watch! You can tell that Louise really does love what she does, always putting the needs of your dog first. Your dog will be in great hands, Louise has created a boutique, not just a grooming space. My dog Dexter absolutely loves being there, he gets so excited every time he sees Louise!

We took our puppy for a puppy groom. Immediately Louise became our pups best friend. Our pup was happy and relaxed. When we returned to collect her not only did she look lovely but she was still loving Louise. We will definitely be using Louise for all our future grooms wether it's another puppy groom or the full groom. We are very pleased and feeling lucky that we have found Aunty LouLou.

First time going to Aunty LouLou's yesterday with our very reluctant rescue dog!!!!! Dont know exactly what Louise's secret is but our nervous boy loved her & trusted her straight away!!!!! Hes never been so chilled at the groomers before. Louise is kind, patient & understanding. She absolutely got his issues, caused by a traumatic past. I cant recommend her highly enough, she took so much time over him. Very impressive. We have finally found the right groomer for our boy. We had our 2 boys in for their first groom today. I was very nervous as they can both be a bit anxious, but Lou Lou was wonderful with them (and me lol !!). She made them look so handsome , and put me at ease leaving them for the first time. We will definitely be returning, I'm just so glad we've found her!! Thankyou Lou Lou 💓

We recently had to call upon Lou for an urgent groom. We got a rescue dog on Sunday who had a fully matted coat. Lou fitted us in the following day, she took her time, making sure our dog was at ease & comfortable. Considering the state our poor girl was in, Lou has done an amazing job & she looks like a different dog. It's clear from chats with her that she adores animals & I honestly felt like our girl was in the best hands. Thank you for doing an amazing job. We will definitely be back!

We brought out 1.5yr cockapoo for a post-winter sheering, she had a thick coat that kept her warm, but it was time to get her summer ready with a very short practical cut! Aunt Loulou was so good with Moss! Kept her happy and calm, and she came out looking like a new dog! 10/10 recommend.

Just took our Labrador for his first groom with Aunty Loulous. She did a fantastic job and was very friendly with Monty and he looks and smells fantastic.
