Would love to give 0 stars, have had to use the Newton abbot branch several times due to insurance. Each and every time there has been a problem, not getting the car on time, this has happened on more than 3 occasions, granted we needed an 8 seater but when they had 3 weeks to source you would think that would be enough time. Driving from Dawlish to Newton having taking the morning off work to be told the car is not in is a joke. On one occasion they tried to give us a small car not fit for my wife's needs, that car had a faulty display and one door would not open. When they finally got the correct car that one the internal fans and heating did not work, (not great in the rain when windows mist up). Their solution, take it to a garage to have the air conditioning looked at. The last straw for us is when a tyre bubble appeared on the side wall of the tyre the day after collecting, phoned the branch to be told to take it to one of their garages to have the tyre replaced, 2 weeks after the car was returned, we received a bill for £144 for the replacement tyre, this was not discussed with us at all. And came as a shock. The attitude of the staff when questioned was appalling, have asked for an area manager to call but nothing, phoned customer service who said they would raise a complaint and get someone to call, no calls, chased many times, and finally we had a email from a debt recovery agent. Have paid it to stop it going on my credit score but this is not over. Please for the love of god read every terms and conditions as they do not go through any of it with you. And check every square inch of the car before driving away, even if they are hurrying you along.

Morgan was so helpful in setting up my rental especially as it was via a third party due to an accident. He made sure everything clear and nothing was too much hassle. Thorough walk through check with the car which put me at ease as it was different to my car that I usually drive!

Brilliant service, and so straightforward compared to the last time I hired a vehicle. Friendly, efficient staff made this a great experience. Simple drop off process and deposit returned THAT DAY, whereas some hold on to it for several days. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely shocking customer service. A blonde hair female worker was very rude and basically ignored me the whole conversation sitting behind her computer screen. Will not be using this branch again.

Shocking service - found food in the third row of seats where staff had not valeted the car properly. Interiors don't appear to get wiped down at all, a quick hoover in the footwells and that's it. Car had no fuel on collection. Had to be picked up from my home address and used as a membe of staff to collect my vehicle as they didn't have the staff to deliver to my address. Second time using enterprise, the standards sadly have not improved. Can not recommend at all if you are looking for a vehicle that is presented well.

Very unhappy with my experience. Went to collect a car following an insurance claim. Car I had been allocated had a seat belt fault. Eventually after 45 mins messing about i was allocated a different car of a lower standard. The tyre pressure was low when I arrived home but having had enough hassle I went to inflate it- now being charged for a slow puncture I don't believe i caused. Avoid

Normally we get outstanding service from other branches but this one is a exception such a poor costumer service and not the first time we have a issue, including no van ready for pick up time waited 2h no sorry no one let us know or phone 4 people in the branch and no one is able to call costumer and tell them of the issue. Made a complain more then 4 weeks ago to branch manager Amy and no response. Compering this to service we get in other branch in London what a difference.

Really helpful and pleasant team, which was a real help during a difficult house move. They were flexible with the timings and didn't try and sting me for any extras at any point. The van I got was great too, much bigger inside than I imagined and luckily had reversing cameras and sensors so I could hand it back damage free 🤣

Terrible experience. Will never use again. I had a one way rental and did not stop between. On returning the vehicle, they found a dent on the front that I could not even see. I know that it could not have happened on my one-way , non-stop journey. On challenging them, they stated that they are specially trained to find such things. Charged me hundreds for repair. Probably will charge the same to every subsequent renter. Complete scam!
