What a find !! I saw the locals gong in and thought ah yes that’s the place to go and it is indeed I needed to eat something wholesome and soon ticked that box Perfect poached eggs served with hot fresh crispy toast and best butter with smashed avocado on the side and a little garnish Just perfect The staff are lovely Helpful and efficient The atmosphere is calm with people allowed to bring their well behaved dogs too I sat and did some work as I had a couple of fresh hot filter coffees I’d definitely rec to anyone visiting Newton abbot particularly with children the menus extensive and VERY affordable Well done the owners and staff for providing such a great cafe πŸ€ͺπŸ’₯πŸŽ‰ πŸ’ͺ🏻🌞🌞🌞🌞 Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice Kid-friendliness: Fab menu and high chairs Wheelchair accessibility: Straight in no steps

Sure I was incorrectly charged, receipt couldn’t be provided Β£20 for a slice of toast and a jacket potato. Despite that, jam for the toast? Extra. Coleslaw with the jacket? Extra. Was very disappointing and simply cannot recommend, a shame as good central location. Sad to have to leave such a score but was left feeling ripped off. Sorry.

When in Newton Abbot we try and pop in for Something to eat and drink. We do like the Breakfast menu with Tea or Coffee and toast.Mmmmm.😁. The Owner and staff are always very friendly and helpful. It's really nice to know that they do G.F. and are very strict about it. As our friend is a Coeliac. So we have no worries. Look forward to going again. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜πŸ˜

Lovely cafe to get breakfast. Plenty of options for vegan and gluten free, and the breakfast isn’t greasy. It’s not too expensive either. Very happy with our visit! Dietary restrictions: Good options for vegan and gluten free

Heard good reports on this place so I thought I give it a try. Outcome horrible, only good thing was the bacon and toast. Sausage rubbery, tomatoes had a funky taste, beans tasteless egg normal. Can't justify paying Β£7.99 for it.

Amazing food just could get better sausages, (but I'm very fussy!) nothing was a problem or hassle and a free tea or coffee with a breakfast which is available all day. I shall definitely be back, thank you ladies for a fab breakfast and a lovely start to the day x PS. They are dog friendly too πŸ™‚πŸΎπŸ‘Œ

Usually a very good place for a breakfast, but below par on our last visit. The tea was very weak, the egg was overdone, the bacon was quite salty and the sausage was slightly undercooked in the middle. Despite this, we will return, in the hope that this was a blip on a normally good meal.

Visited Saturday morning last minute at about 10am. Got the last available table in the front part of the cafe. Immediately felt at ease even though it was very busy. My husband ordered the large breakfast twice, with mine having items swapped out, at no extra charge. The breakfast was delicious, supporting local businesses like Westaway sausages, my absolute favourite. The service was warm, friendly and with a big smile. We will definitely have breakfast here again and next week have lunch here too as the cakes looked lovely. Freshly ground coffee and great tea, although not sure what tea it was. Thoroughly recommend to everyone 😁 Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options available Dietary restrictions: All dietary restrictions catered for to the best of their ability Kid-friendliness: All ages welcome and catered for Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible
