When my laptop died on me I thought that would be the end of it. A friend recommended Electrowise and I am so glad I gave them the laptop to repair. I have now had three computer systems from Electrowise, for both work and personal. All machines were high specification as they had to run CPU and GPU intensive applications. They systems were well built and very well tested and burned in before leaving Electrowise. The oldest system I have is now 5 years old and used daily. It has been totally reliable. The newest system has just been delivered and performs its tasks very well. They also carried out an upgrade to a laptop to fit a new SSD drive in place of the mechanical drive. Again a totally professional job. I go to Electrowise because they know their job, do it well and provide the service I need at a fair price. I have no hesitation in using Electrowise for my computing needs. It keeps it local too......Support your local shops or they will not be here when you need them! Thanks for another great job guys.

Everyone that I dealt with at Electrowise (via email and in person) were extremely friendly, professional and reassuring that my PC was in good hands. I was experiencing problems with an expensive laptop which I was certain would be the end of it, but Electrowise took in my machine, diagnosed and repaired (with an upgrade!) within a few days. Communication was fantastic, they kept me updated by phone and email, and explained all options available to me and made sure I understood what needed to be done.
