The one star review it's because they do not make it clear on what they charge For a small company this can be very stressful We was charged for phone calls when we thought they would come under general advice The accounting it's self is top notch but they need to be more transparent on what they charge

I have used Darnells for a number of years and they have been trustworthy, informative and hard working from day one. When I initially spoke to them, I had come from a bad experience with another accountant and needed guidance. I needed an accountant that had a genuine interest in helping my business not just be complaint but to grow. I met Louisa and she has looked after my business accounts ever since. Regular quarterly meetings have allowed me to really get a handle on my businesses financial affairs and make key decisions at the right time. I would recommend Louisa and the team and Darnells to anyone who wants more than a HMRC compliant accountant. If you are looking for face to face help and advice then look no further.

AVOID this company at all cost, they are the worse firm / business I've ever used. They charge you for work with out asking, they bully you, talk down to you, not even the managing partner deals with issues. Don't use this company. All staff need to go on a customer service course. Horrendous experience don't use this firm.

Do not go anywhere where near this company They are a total bunch of robbing crooks I instructed a company that they took over As soon as they did they started sending me bills for no reason they have never acted for me the previous company done my accounts When I refused to pay the bogus bill that they sent they took court action and got me a ccj for a bill that I don’t owe Do not use Darnell’s

Thanks to Darnells i was able to exceed to new levels with in my business. they would go to any length to help especially Mia she really went above and beyond. i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for accountant firm to use Darnells
