Nice, comfortable and quiet place. I visited this library several years ago because I needed wi-fi. Its staff were kind and friendly.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely clean space to sit and read. No rush to find books always something different to read. New books coming in all the time plus you can order from different library's if you cant find what your looking for. The computers are modern and fast. Cheap for photo copies and print outs. Always leave my mobility scooters inside which is no bother to the staff. Such a lovely pleasant experience. More people should use them. You know the saying use them or LOSE THEM.

I went into the library yesterday on 1st day of opening after lockdown. I received a very friendly welcome at the door, went through Covid check in procedure, returned books that were overdue but fine waivered and then borrowed more books. Staff were very helpful & I was very happy to be back. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful resource. Thank you

A lovely library with plenty of selection of books to choose from. There is also a little cafè so you can have a drink and cake when you visit. There is also a toilet with baby change

Excellent children's section with displays to inspire and books arranged to facilitate independent choosing by even the youngest.

A beautiful looking library that was unfortunately better previously before the new improvements, as it used to be quiet like a library should be, now it can become very loud making reading & studying impossible, WiFi is also quite slow plus the staff are not that helpful, quite cold.

Terrible Internet connection, took 30 minutes to print out 6 sheets of paper, staff are not attentive or helpful and prefer to chat with locals rather than help library members, the signs around the library for amenities aren't clear and the toilets are not clearly signposted either. Use Exeter library instead, it's much better and the staff there actually enjoy their jobs and help members.

Fantastic resource; I personally love the fact that the library hasn't been afraid to change in order to stay relevant and useful to the majority.
