Excellent service today from the very helpful pharmacy assistant and the Pharmacist, Thank you

Everytime I call to check if my prescription is there they never pick up the phone. Numerous times I've had to go there to check just to be told its not arrived yet.

The lady (I say that loosly) who serves with no name tag refused to issue my prescription because she said that the system didn't agree with it, she was rude ,aggressive and had no concern for my wellbeing whatsoever, with all due respect to her supervisor she should send her on a training course for dealing with the public and learning basic manners, she is an absolute disgrace and will drag the other members of staff down with her, chances are she won't wear a name tag because of the fear of being named and shamed and then unable to hide behind her manager

You guys need to start answering the phone. People with mobility issues shouldn’t be expected to roll on down in the rain to get turned around because of infinite wait times on prescriptions.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. I need to check if my meds are ready. Before I spend half an hour in the Q to be told they ain't there!

As others mention, rude member of staff who the pharmacist sticks up for. Do something about it, you cannot deny all these reviews

Wouldn’t sell night nurse, needed to buy for flu but was told that you don’t need that you can just take paracetamol. Terrible customer service as the member of staff was very rude and aggressive

Just like all the other reviews on here, there's one particular female staff member that's rude, confrontational, incompetent and down right dangerous. She actually laughed in my face while threatening to withhold my prescriptions. Shocking behaviour. Everyone knows who she is but no one will name her. Maybe because she often refuses to wear a name badge, only one that says 'Prescriber'. Shame because all the other staff are lovely.

Changed my pharmacy preference now due to a particular staff member who always makes me feel awful for asking for my prescription! I can’t deal with it anymore and it seems like everyone is having the same experience with her. Shame as all the other staff members are great but I just can’t deal with being made to feel this way.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Female staff was downright rude and unhelpful when attempting to pick up an emergency essential prescription, reducing customer almost to tears. Avoid at all costs.
