These guys literally saved my bacon. Have been in the computer repair business for years working for myself, but MacBooks are notorious for being finicky. An antenna I reseated made contact with another terminal on the board somehow and prevented it from booting when I changed the LCD. These guys diagnosed it same day of it arriving to them, it didn’t cost the earth to remedy and they sent it directly back to my customer. Highly recommended is an understatement

A new battery was put into my Kindle successfully however, all my saved books disappeared and I am only able to reinstate when on WiFi. I am away at sea without WiFi. Its a pity it can't be done via Bluetooth from my phone. So my Kindle is currently not being used. If it can be done without WiFi please send me instructions. Thanks Kevin Mitchell

Oh my goodness. These guys are amazing. My macbook pro had water damage (well oat milk lol) and completely died. Taking it up to Apple they said its cheaper to buy a new one. However these guys completely repaired it and so so reasonably priced too. I literally am so thankful as no data was lost and within two weeks it was like a new machine. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be my first port of call with any computer issues I have in the future.

I spilled tea into my 3 week old £3000 Macbook Pro (idiot) The macbook instantly stopped working (fans threw the liquid everywhere) Didn't have Applecare + So liquid damage wasn't covered, Apple told me there was very bad corrosion damage, £2700 to repair or to "Just buy a new laptop, sorry" An expensive lesson learned, or so i thought >>> So i thought i'd take a punt and get a seconding opinion / diagnostic done with ALB as they had good reviews. I cannot stress how professional and on point this company is. Not only did they repair my mac, save all of the data on the hard drive and return it to me in full working order (with a 1 yr warranty on their work) but they did if for a tiny fraction of the price Apple quoted! I cannot thank ALB enough for saving me forking out nearly £3000 on a new laptop and special thanks to Zac on the repairs team who was just faultless in his communication. I can't recommend this company enough. Thanks again!

I have used this company many times for services ranging from a simple screen replacement for an I phone to a complex repair of my home cinema system.
