We are absolutely delighted with the recent work carried out by Kerry and his team, Nick and Luke at Jacksons Landscape Design. From the first meeting with Kerry, when he visited to assess our garden area, we were confident that the total renovation of our patio areas would be achieved to the highest of standards and we have not been disappointed - the renovation is exceptional and has exceeded all our expectations. Kerry highlighted the importance of water drainage with regard to porcelain tiling and roof drainage from the pergola he installed for us ensuring that there would never be any excess water issues. This was very reassuring for us. We were constantly updated on all aspects of the project. The paving is phenomenal as is the design and finishing touches - it's obvious that Kerry takes great pride in all aspects of his work and his eye to detail is first class. It was refreshing to have no hidden surprises with regard to the cost of the project, again Kerry outlined all labour and supply costs upfront. The honesty and commitment to quality is what makes Kerry special. We needed some serious re-fencing and preparatory ground-work done prior to a garden studio installation. I found Jackson Landscape Designs online and gave them a call. Kerry was polite and accommodating and arranged a visit to see what we needed. From start to finish Kerry and his team were punctual, polite and clearly skilled and passionate about their work. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of work and the kindness shown by this team towards our family, with genuine understanding and care that this is our home and, despite a fairly small budget, clearly a huge significance for us. They worked hard and (aided by a few cups of tea) never ran out of steam and got the job done extremely efficiently. They are organised, tidy and I would highly recommend them to friends and family (and complete strangers!) I’m actually a little sad that they’ve finished, but we are very happy with our smart new feather board and gates (that will not blow down in any storm!), concrete pad and gorgeous bespoke paved steps. While searching for someone to lay our new patio, we came across Kerry Jackson while searching the internet. Kerry was one of the few companies to respond, and Kerry followed up with a visit to our home within a few days to look at the work we required. Kerry offered for us to go and have a look at a few of his previous jobs which we did and were very impressed. At this point we still had some reservations, as we did not know Kerry, but how wrong we were to be proven. Kerry provided a detailed quotation within a few days, which we discussed and agreed at which point we paid a deposit to secure a diary slot. We were so pleased that Kerry could start within a few months. From the day we first met Kerry, until the completion of the work, Kerry and his team were striving for perfection with ideas and little extras. We were amazed with our initial thoughts to replace our patio, and with Kerry’s vision we ended up transforming our garden and adding significant value to our home. Often Kerry would discuss ideas to bring further improvements, all of which were great and added to the transformation. Kerry and his team proved to be fully trustworthy, always being fully transparent with the costs. The team also kept the site clean tidy and well organised throughout the work and were always polite and respectful, which all the neighbours commented on while admiring the work of Kerry and the team. Jackson’s landscape design have carried out 3 gardening services for me to date. They have performed outstanding service with a slabbed patio, erected a new fence around my back garden and lately designed a new block paved front garden suitable to park my car. Where do I start….. Kerry and his team have just finished completely transforming our garden into a low maintenance STUNNING haven. After many months of searching, we were looking for a landscape design company that would be innovative and give a real wow factor to get the best of our spectacular sea views, we found Kerry who is the founder of Jacksons Landscape design, we had a rough idea of what we wanted to achieve, but it was Kerry's knowledge and experience that gave us more than we could have ever hoped for. The garden itself was a typical new build, a few slabs as a patio, poor lawns with no drainage which every winter turned into a quagmire of mud. Kerry was professional from the start, he visited our garden, went through the whole process clearly, from the initial design costs, which initially involved a drone taking aerial shots of the whole site, discussing each stage and timescales through to completion, he took on board our ideas, and came forward with various concepts, once we had decided, Kerry then priced clearly materials and labour which never deviated from start to finish. His workmanship and exemplary attention to detail are second to none, both he and Nick were always courteous and polite, as reinforced by the comments from our neighbours. As we lived away from the property we would always get a call and photos of the progress made every couple of days. At completion it was exactly how Kerry had designed it, and has totally transformed our property, we couldn't be happier. We got various quotes from a few company's when we started looking for someone to do our garden, & that's when we met Kerry of Jackson's landscape design. We chose him because we took to him instantly. He was extremely passionate in the way he spoke about his work, we could tell he had high standards & would deliver a good quality service. We have recently had our garden completed & we are very grateful to Kerry & his team...they have done an amazing job. As a neighbour of someone who has used Jackson Landscape Design, I can say Kerry's professionalism and courtesy throughout their project was phenomenal. From the very start of the project, Kerry was so kind, thoughtful and respectful of the way the works would affect others. He was sure to check in about the noise and any materials or deliveries we could expect so that we remained unaffected by the impact of the work. Kerry and his team even went out of their way to give advice on a small project we were completing next door. Although we cannot attest to work being done in our own garden, our neighbour's garden looks absolutely amazing. We would absolutely use Jackson's in the future should we require any landscaping work.

Jackson Landscape Design have just finished a project for us that took 7 weeks. We asked Kerry to give us a quote for taking a corner off and widening our driveway. This has been done to a very high standard, so much so we asked him to complete the whole front garden. We are so so happy with the outcome. Kerry is such a perfectionist, he is so clean and tidy with his work. He can not do enough to please. We had a very serious surface water problem in our garden that literally turned the area into a swamp. We did our research on potential landscapers and finally selected Kerry Jackson. We liked and appreciated his direct approach from the start. We went to see other projects that he had completed that reflected elements of our new garden and were very impressed by what we saw, and heard from the owners. When it came to design, Kerry helped us to refine our initial ideas without influencing the finished item, it remained "our" garden throughout. A major part of our project was groundwork, the removal of very poor ground material, the installation of a network of field drains and then re-instatement. After that came the landscaping. Throughout the works we were kept fully informed of progress and plan for the next week and the movement in and out of materials. Kerry and his team worked meticulously and very hard, and kept our surroundings remarkably clean and tidy throughout. Large helpings of both good nature and humour made the experience both stress free and enjoyable. We are delighted with the results, beyond anything we had imagined. Work was completed earlier than expected and with no nasty surprises or hidden extras, just as we had been told it would be. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jackson Landscape Design, and Kerry Jackson himself.
