Called Eden today due to a handbrake fault on the car. Was told that we would have to go through Eden assist was also told that the car would have to be sent to Eden Torbay not Newton abbot where we actually got it from and that they also would not be able to assist us with a courtesy vehicle. Absolute awful service. We will never use Eden again.

After going to our local MG dealership, we test drove a MG4 in which my wife and I were truly impressed with. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the part exchange price that was offered for our Mercedes.Made an appointment with Danny at Eden, Newton Abbott,we were very impressed by the greeting we got as we walked in. Very friendly and professional. No pressure selling at all at this garage. After all our questions were answered, we finally chose a beautiful, white MG4 trophy extended range. Alex, the number cruncher, as they like to call him, looked over our car and we came out with a deal that my wife and I were very pleased with. Danny went beyond the call of duty to set up apps and everything else we needed. He put our minds at rest on the charging side of things being all electric, and could even make a decent cup of coffee.😁I can honestly say after buying many cars over the years in dealerships this is probably the best experience I’ve had for a long time. The wife and I went to the recent VIP Event last week, to see what was about, and what deals we could get, and we got looked after by everyone there, but mainly by a young lad named Lewis. Due to my wife having to give up work we knew that we'd struggle to get something we could afford but Lewis really tried his hardest, pulling every string he could,even matching our current finance offer, unfortunately however, for him, we chose not to get a new car on this occasion, but we both really wanted to give Lewis a mention for his efforts, and we will definitely be back in for the next event, where we hopefully be in a much better position to walk out having agreeing a deal. A very good first car buying experience by Eden and that was down to the fact at how welcoming Lewis was when we first entered the shop. He helped secure my first ever car and I couldn't be more happy. During the purchase of my first car he kept me up to date with where the car was and when I would be able to start driving. It all went smoothly and I can't thank him enough. So much so I was able to get the car earlier than expected!

We have enjoyed our experience with Eden from the start. Lewis was great, from the initial test drive to the after sales service. He wasn't pushy or "car salesman" like at all. Lewis let the car sell itself with lots of helpful info thrown in along the way. We had a fun time spending our money on a wonderful car. The MG name lives on in a wonderful electric vehicle. Service could not have been better when purchasing our HS PHEV. Daniel was so friendly and made the process fun- The test drive felt like going out for an hour with a friend. Daniel didn’t put any pressure on us whatsoever and held the car for a few days for us no problem just as my partner and I were talking things through and thinking about it. I am so happy we purchased the car. All the gents there were great. We mainly dealt with Daniel but Shane was also fab and the other colleagues were all smiley and pleasant too.
