Even if Vicki wasn’t available someone else in the team would solve my query straight away. House selling/buying is nerve wracking and the team put my mind at ease by being fantastic communicators. We went with Simply Green to sell and buy by chance as they were selling the property we wanted to buy. We were blown away by their customer service, efficiency and attention to detail. Nothing was ever a problem with Simply Green, the first time we sold the chain fell through quite late on but Simply Green had our property back on the market straight away and had viewings lined up. The house was sold again with in a week with a cash buyer. It's been two month since they viewed the house and we have exchanged contracts already and have a completion date lined up. I can't fault the team at Simply Green, whoever you spoke to was up to date with the position of the sale and always come back with any questions we had regarding the buyers position. All round great company and great people, an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I bought through Dave at Simply Green. The viewing process was easy. I had considerable issues with the lawyers who had been assigned to me via a broker. Dave was excellent at providing me with guidance on how to navigate the lawyer nightmare to progress the case as quickly as possible. As my lawyers were appalling at communicating Dave kept me updated on new information, and thanks to him, between the seller, seller's lawyer, agent and myself, we were able to have a united front in trying to get the purchase pushed through as soon as possible. The purchase took about 4 and a half months, which with no chain is very slow. Fairly sure that without Dave's help I'd still be waiting or would have lost my dream home. Dave's knowledge the business and the process was invaluable in guiding me through the process, assisting with lawyer delays and keeping me updated with friendly and informative communication. The team at Simply Green are truly superb. I have gone on to recommend them to all friends and family since my experience with them. Dave at Simply Green looked after me throughout the entire sales process, starting from the initial house viewing. He soon changed my opinion of estate agents from this first encounter, from looking at several properties with other companies beforehand as a first time buyer I was pressured, lied to, had my time wasted, etc. Dave did the absolute opposite, on the initial house viewing he was so friendly and approachable, informative and honest. He let me peruse the property with no time pressures and not overly selling any features. He simply allowed me to make my own mind up about how I felt, which in turn led to me feeling more positive and relaxed about the property itself. Unfortunately the sellers came with their challenges, as probate had not yet been granted. For 8 months Dave helped progress this along by constant support, check ins, chasing sellers and solicitors- at times doing the solicitors job for them! If it weren’t for Dave my mortgage offer would have expired and I would have been victim to a huge rise in interest fees and likely lost the property. The team at Simply Green are fantastic at what they do- and making a lasting impact on the biggest purchase of people’s lives.
