Purchased a few Barbour things for my dog, items were reasonably priced and promptly delivered. Came with a cute little thank you note with a horse logo on it that was giving Act.II - I’ll definitely shop here again!!

I recently bought a riding coat from Leonard Coombe and both the product and the service is excellent. I called and spoke to them to discuss the size I should order online and then they advised paying the extra £1 to get a quick delivery, which was so quick it arrived the next day. I am also loving the long coat and have it to go on my walking trip this week-end. I highly recommend Leonard Coombe products and their great personal customer service.

Ordered a pair of Barbour welly socks which were very reasonably priced. Loved the extra touches of the tissue paper and compliments slip. Very quick delivery. Will definately shop here again.

I ordered a dog drying coat for my friend's dog for Christmas but it was too big. As I had ordered it in October I wasn't sure if they could track the order. However I need not have worried. They found the order and replaced the coat which arrived today. Thank you so much. Outstanding service.

Excellent service, delivery was very quick even with the Xmas post. Garment was good quality and very well priced. Overall great would highly recommend.

Leonard Coombe did an absolutely incredible job fitting my new hat, their advice was absolutely correct, I now have a comfortable hat, with a higher safety rating. Thank you so much for taking the time to fit the hat so perfectly. I have already told friends how great the hat is and will continue to recommend Leonard Coombes.

Great website, really fast dispatch and shipping however my item has arrived looked pre-owned. I purchased some trimmers for my horses, the plastic window has at some point before being sent out taken a hit where the clippers sit right behind the window and the sticky seal to open the box has also been sliced open which is very disappointing considering it was my first time shopping with them.
I have reported this to them by email, we will see how it is rectified.
The email addresses on the business card and headed paper do not match, one is missing ‘.uk’ from the end.
Update since raising my complaint.
Absolutely disgusting customer service, excuse after excuse and the woman kept talking over me, telling me they are doing experiments to see if online customers mind having the choice to open and return things and apparently that’s what everyone wants.
Why or how that is relevant to me I don’t know, I am not on the phone to talk about anyone else. This is ME and IM NOT HAPPY.
There was no offer of goodwill for my time that has been wasted and the inconvenience caused. They just didn’t care, didn’t see the problem charging full price to send out an OPEN AND DAMAGED product.
And acted as though I was in the wrong for complaining??
I work in customers services and wouldn’t DREAM of dealing with a customer how they have dealt with me. So RUDE and unwilling to UNDERSTAND or appreciate how unacceptable this is. Very much giving me every excuse to explain themselves, didn’t listen to me or provide me with any reasonable outcome. Just the attitude ‘well send them back then’ and then made out they were doing me a favour by sending me a free returns label!!! ‘well we have sent you a free returns label’ were her words.
Yes, by the customer consumer law act, you are obliged to because you’ve sent me a DAMAGED, OPENED PRODUCT?
Funny that they sent me the option to leave a review. This was a tiny problem, that could have easily been resolved, however it has been made into a mountain of a problem. Royal Mail have collected the item 2 days ago, which they can see from the tracking yet they STILL won’t refund me until they have the item back. AGAIN inconvenience to only but me. In my email 3/4 points I mentioned in my email were ignored and I was just sent a returns label. So I decided to call them, still being reasonable and after I finished my first sentence the first thing she said was ‘well we have already got your bad review’. Which may I add was the top part of this message. Not bad, I’d say FAIR with the opportunity to resolve this.
A good company isn’t just one to send out items well packaged and efficiently, it’s how they PUT problems right when things go wrong.
0/10 I’ve never been so appalled in all my life, I’m a very reasonable person and like I mentioned, I work in customer service so understand how these situations should be dealt with. NEVER will I be shopping with them again, but trusty ClipperSharp who get it right EVERYTIME.

Ordered several items on line from this company. They had what I was looking for at good prices, choice and many sizes available. The order was dispatched and delivered promptly. I am very pleased with the items which fit and are good quality and were well described. Very happy.
